Role and Responsibilities: 

Full Time position performing Network and TELECOM installation and maintenance at Port Hueneme, CA. Will be tasked for support in several system support fields including integration, installation, cable pulling and termination, electrical, and other technical tasks as may be required. A Secret clearance is required. Must have 10 years of experience with the qualifications below

Position Qualifications:

•Must be able to perform campus wide network copper and fiber infrastructure design and installations.

•Must be able to perform data closet and in ground fiber splicing

•Must be able to perform Commercial electrical design and installation

•Must be able to perform mechanical systems designs and installations

•Must be able to perform basic steel framing and misc. construction abilities

•Must be able to perform CCTV design and installations

•Must have knowledge of video matrix switching system design and implementations

•Must have experience with Military circular-mil fiber connector assembly and testing.

•Must be able to lead and train less experienced personnel and have the ability to problem solve any situation within the stated disciplines

•Must be familiar with weapons systems support as well as shipboard equipment

•Must be able to deal with customer and changing needs on a day-to-day basis and have flexibility to adapt and find solutions as well as implement the solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with US Navy network and TELCOM systems.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to climb up and down the vertical ladders

Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds
